Welcome to Riveting Moments for American CrimeIf you've missed the latest most talked-about episode, here you'll find highlights and recaps. *Warning: This contains spoilers.

In "Episode Two," it's arraignment day for Carter (Elvis Nolasco), and Barb (Felicity Huffman) and Russ (Timothy Hutton) come face-to-face with Carter and Aubry (Caitlin Gerard) for the first time. Notably absent at the courthouse are Tom (W. Earl Brown) and Eve (Penelope Ann Miller), who are at church instead. Meanwhile, the reality of Tony's (Johnny Ortiz) situation sets in when he's placed in juvenile detention.

Tony is Being Terrorized: The impact of his involvement in the murder takes its toll when Tony is placed in juvie. There, he is bullied by fellow delinquents who have decided to give him an unfortunate nickname.

Barb's Guilt Trip: The two sets of parents get together to talk about their kids' future. A bold Barb isn't afraid to guilt Tom and Eve for not being at Carter's arraignment, telling them that their absence could make a negative impact on their case.

There's No Place Like Home: When Tony reports being bullied, he is informed that since there was no physical harm done to him, nothing can be done about it. It becomes clear to him that he doesn't belong there and expresses to authority that he just wants to go home.

The Results Are In: While Eve is by Gwen's side, Tom is given the results of Gwen's "rape kit" test. He shares the shocking news with Eve that their daughter wasn't sexually assaulted: it was consensual.

Barb Breaks Down: Unable to deal with the fact that the authorities are reporting Matt was a drug dealer, Barb turns to a support group. Sharing her story with a member, she breaks down in tears over the fact that the blame is being put on her son.
