DWTS Finale 2017: Rashad, Normani and David Get Perfect Scores!
SPOILERS AHEAD! Which stars shined during the first phase of the Dancing with the Stars finale 2017? You'll find out here! It was "The Finals, Part 1" during Week 10 of Dancing with the Stars Season 24. Get a full recap of the evening as we take a look at how the remaining couples from the Dancing with the Stars 2017 cast did. Each team did a redemption dance before we enjoyed some freestyle fun from Normani Kordei, Rashad Jennings and David Ross. Who will win the Dancing with the Stars and the coveted Mirrorball Trophy? David Ross and Lindsay Arnold did a Viennese Waltz for their redemption dance. Carrie Ann dubbed David a hero for beating all the odds. Scores of 8-8-9-8 from the judges for a total of 33 for the first dance. The judges all agreed that David knocked it out of the park during his freestyle routine with Carrie Ann saying that David hit his personal best. Scores of 10-10-10-10 for David's first perfect 40 of the season. See both of David's dances below.
Normani Kordei and Valentin Chmerkovskiy did a Quickstep for their redemption dance. Bruno called it brilliant and Carrie Ann said it was a fierce and fabulous dance. Scores of 10-9-9-10 for a total of 38 for this team's first dance of the evening. For the team's breathtaking freestyle dance, Bruno felt it was like watching angels dancing. Scores of 10-10-10-10 from the judges for a perfect 40. See both of Normani's dances below.
Rashad Jennings and Emma Slater (get Emma's gorgeous DWTS glow now) did the Viennese Waltz for their redemption. Bruno said Rashad has become the polished diamond that everyone is expecting. Scores of 10-10-10-10 from the judges for a perfect 40. As for Rashad's freestyle, Len said it was so good that he could even put up with the totally funky music. Scores of 10-10-10-10 from the judges for another perfect 40.
