DWTS 2017 Cast Heats Up on Latin Night & Faces Second Elimination
SPOILERS AHEAD! Dancing with the Stars "Ballroom Night" featured the first elimination of Season 25 as Barbara Corcoran bid adieu to the ballroom. Nikki Bella & Artem Chigvintsev: The team performed a Samba to "Despacito" by Luis Fonsi. Bruno felt the timing was a little off, but the look was definitely on. Scores of 6-6-6 from the judges for a total of 18.
Victoria Arlen & Valentin Chmerkovskiy: The team did a Rumba to "Easy" Sky Ferreira. Carrie Ann felt this was a coming-of-age dance, which is fitting because it came on Victoria's birthday. Len felt there wasn't enough rumba in the routine, but he did wish Victoria a happy birthday. Scores of 7-6-7 from the judges for a total of 20.
Derek Fisher & Sharna Burgess: The team did the Paso to "Diablo Rojo" by Rodrigo y Gabriela. Len thought the routine was done with spirit and determination. Bruno warned about striking the right balance so Derek can maintain artistry. Scores of 7-6-6 from the judges for a total of 19.
Sasha Pieterse & Gleb Savchenko: The team did a Samba to "Most Girls" by Hailee Steinfeld. Len thought Sasha had a little bit of sparkle in a well-done performance. Scores of 8-7-7 from the judges for a total of 22.
Nick Lachey and Peta Murgatroyd: The team did the Argentine Tango to "She's a Lady" by LION BABE. Bruno appreciated that Nick tried to go into character, but wants him to feel the music more and work on his feet. Scores of 7-6-6 from the judges for a total of 19.
Jordan Fisher & Lindsay Arnold: The team did the Samba to "Mi Gente" by J Balvin & Willy William. Carrie Ann feels the vibrancy of this team makes her hungry for a cookie - which is a good thing! Scores of 8-8-8 from the judges for a total of 24.
Drew Scott & Emma Slater: The team did a Rumba to "Lights Down Low" by Max featuring gnash. Carrie Ann felt Drew's routine was very expressive and Len called it his best dance so far.Scores of 7-7-7 from the judges for a total of 21.
Debbie Gibson & Alan Bertsen: The team did the Argentine Tango to "Havana" by Camila Cabello featuring Young Thug. Bruno called Debbie "the cougar from Cuba" but warned her to work on her feet. Len said this was Debbie's best dance so far, too. Scores of 7-7-7 from the judges for a total of 21.
Vanessa Lachey & Maksim Chmerkovskiy: The team did a Salsa to "Instruction" by Jax Jones featuring Demi Lovato & Stefflon Don. Carrie Ann thought the team was very in sync. Len called Vanessa a contender. Scores of 8-8-7 from the judges for a total of 23.
Terrell Owens & Cheryl Burke:The team did the Samba to "Hot in Herre" by Nelly. Len called Terrell a sportsman who has a will to win. Carrie Ann knows that Terrell is sexy but wants to see more body movement. Scores of 6-6-7 from the judges for a total of 19.
Lindsey Stirling & Mark Ballas: The team did a Salsa to "Mani Picao (Salsaton Remix)" by Ricky Campanelli. Bruno loved how Lindsey kept the speed and enthusiasm up throughout the entire dance. Len called it full-on, flat-out fabulous. Scores of 8-8-8 from the judges for a total of 24.
Frankie Muniz & Witney Carson: The team did the Cha Cha to "Perm" by Bruno Mars. Carrie Ann believes Frankie has his own special kind of swagger. Bruno thought the dance was deliciously cool. Scores of 8-8-9 from the judges for a total of 25.
