Man of the Month: Richard Simmons

You voted and the results are in. We are thrilled to announce that Richard Simmons won the Man of the Month poll for April!  The last time we saw Richard on General Hospital was almost a year ago at the Nurses Ball.  People must be feeling nostalgic for Richard since it is that time of year again. And really, this isn’t that surprising. Who doesn’t love Richard Simmons? He lights up a room with that infectious energy whether he is on set at General Hospital screaming at Lucy Coe or helping one of millions of people with one of his motivating workout videos.

Richard first appeared on General Hospital back in 1979. Instead of acting, he focused on his workout empire and did pretty well at that. He has since come back as a guest star and we hope to see him again soon. Enjoy the tribute video and congratulations Richard!
