It’s been quite a year so far for General Hospital. April 1, 2013 marked the 50^th anniversary of the longest running soap on television. Since the first episode aired in 1963, General Hospital won us over with captivating storylines and unforgettable characters.We thought it would be fun to look back on the past year and have fans vote for their favorite PC champions.
