**WARNING SPOILERS** Welcome to Grey Chatter for the "I Bet It Stung" episode of Grey's Anatomy. Here you'll find highlights, quotes, observations and more. Be warned, we're talking about details from the episode so stop reading now if you don't want to be spoiled. Enjoy!

Those Aren't Pillows!: Stephanie buys a snazzy new shirt in the hopes of impressing Jackson's mom. Unfortunately, her new top is halfway off as she straddles Jackson in an on-call room just as Catherine walks in looking for some pillows. So much for making a good first impression. Check out the awkward scene:

We're Here to Pump You Up: Meredith wants to take the liver part of a heart-liver surgery Cristina is doing. Bailey is ticked because she wants in on the surgery. She accuses Mer of being a liver thief. No formal charges are filed. Meredith needs to get up to speed on the latest procedures, but also needs to keep her promise of a tea party later with Zola. She also has one other problem. Observe:

Harsh Words: We've all seen Meredith and Cristina argue before, but this latest brouhaha seemed different. Cristina doled out some pretty brutal truths. She's been harsh and abrasive before, but this time her words seemed to sting even more because it felt like she was actually trying to be nice and supportive. Pretty sure Mer didn't it that way though.

I'll Be Right Here: Richard needs get tough with the doctors who have been coddling him. He can't do that if he accepts Catherine's offer to move in with her. Even though Richard is the one who sick, see how he makes Catherine feel so much better:

When One Door Closes, Well, It Closes: Jo did her best to get Alex to reconcile with his father. Nothing worked. Alex had one last chance to make a move when dear old dad hitch a ride on his elevator. Don't you get the feeling that he would have said something if only they had one more floor to go?

Say Cheese!: Arizona is freaking out for most of the episode because she thinks she may have done something she she'll certainly regret with Leah after getting hammered on gala night. Turns out the hottest thing they did was make grilled cheese sandwiches. See the scene:

This Is Why It's So Important to Wear Clean Underwear: Loved Callie's scream-fest with the donor daughter who was tired of giving her big sis all her spare parts. Callie also had us cracking up with all her Big Love talk. Is she being a little too harsh on Arizona? Hard to say. But at least she's taking control of her life by dancing in her underwear. Hey, whatever works, right?

The Quotes Are In: Below are some of the top lines from “I Bet It Stung.” Let us know your favorites and pop in any we forgot in the comments section below.

Alex: The last time I saw his face I was punching him so hard I could've killed him. I'm just afraid I'll pick up where I left off.

Meredith: I don't ease back in. I jump in the deep end. I swim!

Meredith: I named my son after you. You can't be mad at me.

Bailey: Your son is the devil's spawn. He drinks the blood of a liver thief!

Callie: Derek, Meredith and I are in a relationship. I used to dance in my underwear. I thought I'd get back to that when I left Arizona. Instead, I walked right into Big Love.

Callie: I rebounded to the McDreamys.

Cristina: Mer, your boobs are exploding, Go pump.

Stephanie: I have a giant penis.

Meet the Parent, Take 2: Stephanie is determined to prove to Catherine Avery that the first semi-shirtless impression she made doesn't define. She also has some nice thing's to say about Mama A's baby boy. Was her speech enough to sway Catherine's low opinion of her? See for yourself:
