Coming up on Grey's Anatomy Season 12, Episode 14, "Odd Man Out," airing THURSDAY MARCH 17, 8|7c, Dr. Webber throws everyone for a loop when he switches the resident and attending pairings. Arizona takes a huge risk on a woman who is pregnant with quadruplets. Meanwhile, April is faced with a difficult decision.

In the Grey's Anatomy sneak peek below from "Odd Man Out," Jo is sick of the cold and dismissive way Grey treats her, both as a doctor and as Alex's girlfriend. When Webber switches up the resident and attending pairings, Jo gets assigned to Meredith, and her resentment builds as Grey talks down to her, and even calls her Blake. The last straw for Jo is when Meredith brushes off a mistake, saying, "It's fine. You're just not Blake."
