Grey’s Anatomy Winter Finale Sneak Peek: Jo Confronts Alex About Meredith
Coming up on the November 19, 2015 episode, the Season 12 Winter Finale, Episode 8, "Things We Lost in the Fire," as the rumor mill around the hospital continues to spiral out of control, Grey Sloan Memorial is flooded with injured firefighters from a nearby wildfire. Maggie struggles to keep things with Andrew professional at work, while Jo questions Alex’s priorities. In the Grey's Anatomy sneak peek below, Jo finally confronts Alex about something that's been bothering her for a long time: his close friendship with Meredith. Jo accuses Alex of always making Meredith his number one priority, and always taking her side against Jo. She informs him that's why she "hauled him out" of the house he shared with Meredith. Alex gets angry and defensive, and inadvertently lets slip that he feels like Mer is the only one he can count on... Watch the video:

And in a second sneak peek from the Winter Finale episode, things quickly go bad between Meredith and Amelia when Mer finds out what the story is with Owen and Nathan, and refuses to break Owen's confidence to tell Amelia. Amelia is furious and accuses Meredith of being loyal to everyone EXCEPT her, and they're sisters. "You are not my sister, Cristina is my sister. You are Derek's sister, and Derek is gone," replies Meredith. Amelia lashes out, making cruel comments about Meredith and Derek. Watch the scene now:

On the last episode of Grey's Anatomy, Season 12, Episode 7, "Something Against You," Dr. Bailey's surprise hire, Dr. Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson), angers both Maggie and Owen for different reasons. Callie and Penny each confront Meredith about her method of teaching Penny, causing Meredith to reconsider. The team of doctors work on a high stakes case of a longtime patient, adding additional pressure to the already tense environment. Jackson and April schedule a dinner date, with conflicting intentions. Meanwhile, Amelia worries she may have unintentionally been racist, and seeks counsel from a reluctant Maggie. Bailey is pushing Ben to kick their "roommate" Jackson out for the sake of their marriage, and Arizona ventures back out into the dating world with an unexpected new wingman..
