Welcome to the How to Get Away with Murder Recap of Season 2, Episode 6, "Two Birds, One Millstone" (Original Airdate Thursday, October 29, 2015). Annalise takes on a new client, a transgender professor accused of killing her husband. Meanwhile, the Keating 5 are left to handle the Hapstall case and they discover a shocking new suspect.

Annalise Newest Client/Colleague
Annalise wanted to get the team on track on the Hapstall Case when her colleague and friend, Professor Hartford (Guest Star Alexandra Billings), interrupted her meeting with an emergency.  She just killed her husband and needs help.  Annalise began to question what really happened after she arrived at the crime scene.

Laurel and Wes Want the Truth
While looking for a new suspect in the Hapstall case, Wes (Alfred Enoch) must defend his interest in finding out what happened to Rebecca.  Rather speculating what happened to Rebecca, Laurel (Karla Souza) took a more direct approach by asking Frank (Charlie Weber) about what happened to her.  Frank covered up his tracks and created a cover story for the money in the storage locker.  Frank put the money in the storage locker as hush money for Rebecca.

The New Mysterious Hapstall Relative
Oliver (Guest Star Conrad Ricamora) hacked into an adoption agency to find a third suspect in the Hapstall case.  The newest suspect is the Hapstall children's cousin that was put up for adoption.  If the Hapstalls were to be convicted, he would receive all of the inheritance.

Nate Gave Nia the Pills
Nate (Billy Brown) finally answers his door when Annalise (Viola Davis) pays him a visit.  Nate tells her about how she stole precious time away while he spent time in jail.  Nate reveals that he gave Nia the pills she wanted in order for her to commit suicide.  He describes Nia's final breath and how no one will ever love Analise like that.

Annalise Throws Judge Millstone Under the Bus
Annalise used evidence of corruption charges against Judge Millstone to free her client and to get Prosecutor Sinclair off her trail.  Annalise inevitably seals Asher's Father as her fall guy while her client is set free on self-defense charges.

Annalise Cuts a Deal that will Destroy Asher's Father|Annalise cuts a deal that frees her client but seals Judge Millstone's fate|Annalise uses evidence of corruption charges against Judge Millstone to free her client and to get Prosecutor Sinclair off her trail. Annalise sets Asher's Father up as her fall guy while she gets her client, Jill Hartford, free on self-defense charges. Bonnie Can't Stop Asher from Testifying|Bonnie takes one last shot at stopping Asher from testifying.|Bonnie (Lisa Weil) meets Asher (Matt McGorry) at the bar to take one last shot at stopping him from testifying. Bonnie brings their relationship into the decision but Asher believes Bonnie should not get away with Sam's murder. Bonnie is devastated when she tells Annalise she couldn't stop Asher. Flash Forward: Catherine Hapstall is Found Alive
Catherine was in the back seat of the car when Frank rushes to Annalise's side at the hospital.  Frank took her to the woods where the police later find her alive.  What happened to her on the night Emily Sinclair was killed?

Annalise Continues to Lie to Wes
Annalise wants Wes to stop trying to find Rebecca.  Wes has doubts about how much Annalise knows but she is able to regain his trust.  She promised to never leave him.  Wes requested that there be no more lies.
