After competing in the semi-finals for the past three years, 30 year-old Houstonian Sarah Troxell has finally won a spot in the 2019 Speed Rack National Finals this May. Speed Rack is a national cocktail competition featuring the top fastest female bartenders in key cocktail markets, putting them head-to-head in round-robin style timed and judged challenges.
