Promises, Promises: Hospitalized after being shot by Whitney, Ana remains unconscious and bedridden. An anxious Jarvis stays by his wife's side, rattling off promises to her for when she comes to. As he goes through his list of promises, Mrs. Jarvis wakes up and admits to him she awoke sooner but wanted to see what else she could get.

Blackmail: Determined to avenge Ana, Jarvis volunteers to help Peggy and Sousa stop Whitney. As they ready to embark on the mission, Thompson interrupts with a visit with Peggy. He attempts to blackmail her, requesting she come back to New York with him and play by the rules. She sees through Thompson and knows it was Vernon's influence that put him up to it. Despite what she knows about him, she assures Thompson that even though he's worried she'd betray his trust, she wouldn't.

Sousa's Choice: Thanks to lunch with Manfredi (guest star Ken Marino), Peggy and Sousa make a deal with Whitney. After orchestrating a risky trade off, Peggy and Sousa get caught delivering fake uranium rods and take off with their rescued Wilkes. They quickly learn that Wilkes isn't necessarily on their side anymore as he pulls a gun on Peggy. When she won't tell him where the uranium rods are, he forces Sousa to give him the information by threatening Peggy's life.

Into the Rift: Wilkes is skeptical of Whitney's big plan to force the rift open in order for Zero Matter to pour out for them to absorb, but she is adamant it will work. When the time comes, Wilkes hears a voice and gets sucked into the rift, leaving a jealous Whitney on land.

Agent Carter... The Musical?: In a dream sequence, Peggy is visited by old friend Angie Martinelli (guest star Lyndsy Fonseca) and other familiar faces - including Dottie Underwood- as they perform a musical number.

Words Hurt: After Peggy and Jarvis escape from a truck, the desert heat takes hold of them and truths come out as their tempers flare. Tired of Jarvis' incessant nagging, Peggy snaps at him and the two exchange hurtful words. When an insulted Peggy belittles Jarvis, he reveals the tragic news that no one knows, not even his beloved Ana: Ana can't bear kids.

Packing Punches: Believing he did something terrible to Sousa and Thompson, Peggy storms into the SSR and serves Vernon with a round of punches. When Sousa and Thompson stop her, she discovers Vernon is an integral part of the operation and needs to work alongside him to take down Whitney.
