Catfight! Gloria and Her Sister Both Love Jay

There's always been sibling rivalry between Gloria (Sofia Vergara) and her sister Sonia (guest star Stephanie Beatriz) but things really escalate when Sonia interrupts Gloria and Jay's Valentine's Day on the February 11 Modern Family episode "Valentine's Day 4: Twisted Sister."

JAY GIVES SONIA A VALENTINE'S DAY GIFT
Because Sonia is sad about being single, Jay gives her a trinket he got for his dog, Stella: A necklace (actually a dog collar) with the initial "S." 

 

IS SONIA OUT TO GET GLORIA?
When Jay worries that Sonia's now got a crush on him, Gloria laughs off the idea that Jay is "catnip to sisters-in-law," but soon she's laid up with a twisted ankle after tripping on a toy someone left out in the hallway. Could it be sibling sabotage?

 

GLORIA CATCHES SONIA WITH JAY
Jay gets nervous when he ends up having a candlelit dinner alone with Sonia -- who's now wearing a skintight red dress. Manny (Rico Rodriguez) suspects Sonia is trying to poison both him and Gloria. Gloria overhears their suspicions and is furious that Jay has ruined her newly mended relationship with her sister. And then she overhears Sonia telling Jay how much she loves him! The two sisters are soon tussling it out on top of Jay, who softly murmurs, "Ladies, ladies, stop..." Of course, he doesn't mind a bit!
