Yuliana Vargas is used to capturing sweet moments as a photographer. And when the COVID-19 pandemic spread through Houston, Texas, Vargas used her camera to spread joy! She offered to take free photos of families in quarantine through the neighborhood, capturing moments like parents struggling to work from home, kids playing in the front yard, and an elderly couple sharing they are simply too old for this. One of the most emotional moments during the photoshoots was when 6-year-old Emily celebrated her birthday with a car parade! Her parents weren’t sure how to celebrate a big day while stuck at home, but the entire neighborhood came together for the incredible moment caught on camera.
