Annie Rupani’s love for the culinary arts began when she studied abroad as a student at Boston University. Instead of law school, she turned to her passion for all things chocolate. What followed was the infusion of flavors from her South-Asian upbringing and world travels that enhanced her hand-crafted chocolate bites. Today, she’s known as Houston’s Master Chocolatier and owns two chocolate labs/shops [Cacao & Cardamom] in the heart of the city’s shopping district.
