They bonded over rugby and beer fifteen years ago, and now these friends from Australia are sharing their passions with all of Houston, Texas! Sean and Rachna Hanrahan and Morgan Hughes wanted to create a brewery that combined everything they loved about their two homes. Using hops from Down Under and inspiration from the Lone Star state, Platypus Brewing was born! Beers like the “Freckled Dingo Pale Ale” and “Bobby Dazzler Australian Blonde Ale” will take you on a trip around the world without ever leaving the brewery!
