After Losing His Vision, This Man Climbed Machu Picchu
Michael McCulloch’s family has a history with glaucoma, which took Michael’s vision over the decades. After battling depression, a YouTube video caused Michael to start pushing his boundaries and finding ways to empower others. This former-NASA-engineer has climbed Machu Picchu, gone skydiving, taken up cross-country skiing and more! He’s also started a blog aimed towards showing individuals with disabilities that they can still live a full life. And, if that’s not enough, Michael has even started a non-profit!
