Peter Mooney

Actor Biography

Peter Mooney graduated from the prestigious National Theatre School of Canada in 2004. With various television and film credits to his name, he joined ABC's Rookie Blue as a third-season regular. Mooney's recent television work include roles on Starz's Camelot, with Joseph Fiennes and Eva Green, CSI: Miami, the Disney Channel's Harriet the Spy, Being Erica, The Murdoch Mysteries and Fox/Lifetime's The Twelve Men of Christmas. He starred for two seasons on the hit ABC Family series Falcon Beach, as well as being featured in CBS' The Tower and ZOS -- Zone of Security. On the big screen he starred opposite Ashley Greene from the Twilight Saga films in Summer's Blood.

Equally at home on the stage, Mooney has headlined several productions in his hometown at Manitoba Theatre Centre, including After Miss Julie, Jitters, Pride and Prejudice, Our Town and The Tempest. Additional theatre credits include Tales from Ovid at the Centaur Theatre and the Canadian premiere of Edward Albee's The Goat or Who Is Sylvia? for the Canadian Theatre Company.
