Entertaining With Style: Clinton's $1 Crafts

Clinton knows that great decorations don’t need to break the bank.  So in honor of $1 Wednesday he challenged himself to create a beautiful tablescape using items that cost a dollar!

This just proves that no matter how limited you are with money, there’s always inexpensive items you can find at your local dollar store or superstore that can transform your table from ordinary to extraordinary.

Burlap Placemats

They are simple, fun and absolutely adorable.

What You Need:

1 yard of Burlap (about $1 for 6)
Paint Brushes

How to Make It:

1. Pull threads from edges of placemats to create a fringed edge.

2. If you choose add a pretty accent to placemats by painting a leaf or pumpkin on corner using stencil.
