Eddie is a Chicago native and classically trained opera and gospel singer. He is always listening to music in the kitchen, using his time spent baking as a way to relax, reflect, and meditate. He learned to bake from his Mississippi-born grandma, who rarely follows recipes or measures out ingredients, instead preferring to rely on instincts. When not in the kitchen, Eddie can be found spending time with his family, bowling, and hosting game nights with friends. Eddie spends the holidays at his grandmother’s house in Chicago enjoying a delicious southern feast, accompanied of course by lots of freshly baked pies and cakes.
