Grace is a life-long New Yorker, growing up in Brooklyn and currently residing in Staten Island. Interested in baking from an early age, she received a toy oven for Christmas when she was eight years old and instantly fell in love. She bakes to unwind after a long day at the hospital, where she works as an administrator ensuring all rules and guidelines are being properly followed. She puts her background in nursing to use while baking, relishing in the scientific precision that baking requires. Outside of the kitchen, Grace loves photography, shopping and spending time with friends and family. For the holidays, Grace hosts her extended family at home and serves an assortment of delicious traditional Italian baked treats.
