Michael has always loved being in the kitchen. As a young child he would help his mother make and decorate wedding cakes, and since then has never stopped baking. Michael currently lives in Brooklyn, NY and works as a physician. When it comes to baking, Michael uses his attention to detail and strict practice to craft sophisticated bakes. Outside of the kitchen Michael enjoys exploring New York's art galleries, visiting different restaurants and spending time with his dogs and cats.
