Dish: Jen's Steamed Sole in Wine Sauce
Ingredients:
Sole
Salt and pepper
1 cup white wine
1 shallot
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp butter
½ cup panko
1 tbsp butter
Directions:
Steam the sole in a bamboo basket until tender. Add salt and pepper.
Mix the white wine, shallot, white wine vinegar and 1 tbsp butter and bring to a
simmer.
Crisp the panko. Sprinkle crumbs in a pan with 1 tbsp butter.
Serve fish in broth topped with breadcrumbs.
