Dish: Jen's Prime Rib Marsala


Prime rib roast
Olive oil
¼ cup demi glace
Shallot, chopped
2 tbsp marsala wine
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup heavy whipping cream

Season prime rib with salt and pepper. Sear in a hot pan in olive oil. Finish in oven until center is 115F.

Sauté shallot in butter, add wine, finish with butter & whipping cream.

Slice & sauté mushrooms in 2 tbsp clarified butter.
