THE VIEW'S FATHER'S DAY GIFT GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES
I. SPONSOR
American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (Hereinafter collectively referred to as "Sponsor").
II. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in the jurisdiction of their residence, whichever is older at time of entry). Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. Territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees) who have, within six (6) months prior to the start date of the Promotion, performed services for American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., as well as persons involved in the creation, development or production (including cast and crew) of The View television show (the "Show") and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, related, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) consecutive months a year, whether related or not.
III. HOW AND WHEN TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Sweepstakes begins at the time that the Show posts a Sweepstakes announcement on the View's Instagram page (@TheViewABC), which will be on or about 11:00 am Eastern Time ("ET") on June 9, 2016 and ends at 12:00:00 am ET on June 10, 2016 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes.
To enter, go to The View's Instagram page (instagram.com/theviewabc) and 1) follow The View on Instagram, and 2) like the Sweepstakes Announcement Post (the "Announcement Post") during the Promotion Period.
Note, by entering through Instagram, you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Instagram as this Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram nor is Instagram associated with this Sweepstakes in any way. IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNER WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
On June 10, 2016, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fail to comply with Sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random, time permitting.
The potential winner will be notified by 7:00pm ET on June 10, 2016 via Instagram direct message. Potential winner must respond with 72 hours to claim prize. Potential winner must return required documents within 7 days. Potential winner who fail to respond or return required documents within the specified time will forfeit prize.
Limit one winner per household for this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on number of valid entries received.
Final determination of winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures. If the actual value of the prize is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner's sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. For prizes valued over $600, winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9.
Winner is not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Judges and the Sweepstakes administrator, which shall be final in all respects.
By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., its parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties") and Instagram from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner's list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
To claim prize, (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification, and (c) winner's intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the contest in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned.
