Movies
The Magnificent Seven – This is the remake of the 1960 western classic with Steve McQueen, where bad cowboys protect a small town in a parade of personality, pecs and dirt!
The Girl on the Train – Emily Blunt is brilliant in the film remake of the psychological thriller novel released in 2015.
Bridget Jones's Baby – The last film in the series was 12 years ago, and her life has fallen apart again. Plus, this movie features Patrick Dempsey AKA Grey's Anatomy's "McDreamy"!
TV Shows
This Is Us – Are you an emotional viewer? This show will have you bawling. It shows how several characters with the same birthday have their lives become intertwined.
Designated Survivor - There's an attack during the State of the Union and the President and cabinet are all killed. Kiefer Sutherland, who plays the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, becomes president.
Gilmore Girls: A Year In The Life — 10 years after the show went off the air, it's back for four 90-minute movies! Fans will finally see how creator Amy Sherman-Palladino wanted to end the series.
Strut – This new show highlights transgender models challenging stereotypes in the industry. The new series is from executive producer Whoopi Goldberg.
Music
Kanye West – Sway describes his shows as being "like Broadway and hip hop in an arena." West hasn't announced who's going on the tour, but we're expecting big names.
Made In America Festival – The festival, founded by Jay Z, will feature Coldplay, A$AP Ferg, and Lil Wayne. Rihanna will headline the tour — need we say more?
Afropunk Festival – It's a mix of lifestyle, arts, music, and sports. The festival puts a spotlight on the punk rock scene. "There won't be a whole of mainstream artists, but there will be a whole lot of great artists," Sway says.
