The #ViewSlide Challenge: Show Us Your Moves!

In honor of The View's historic 20th season, Mary J. Blige premiered her newest hit "World's Gone Crazy" — and we can't stop dancing to it! Now, we want you to get your groove on with us.

There's only three easy steps to show us your #ViewSlide!

STEP ONE: Learn it!
Learn the dance in a flash with this handy instructional video of a few of our View staff busting a move!

STEP TWO: Shoot it!
Record a video of you and your friends dancing to "World's Gone Crazy." Make it your own by holding up a sign saying where you're from, or adding other props! Permission to use the song is solely for the purpose of making a video for the View. Here are a few pro tips to help:

- When shooting on a smartphone, record it HORIZONTALLY, not vertically.
- Avoid having windows behind you. Instead, face a bright window or a lamp to make sure you're lit.
- Minimize noise distractions by turning down the TV and avoiding areas that are extra noisy.
- Avoid clothing with large brand logos or tight patterns or stripes.
