Fiona Dourif plays Younger Diane on the limited series event "When We Rise," from Dustin Lance Black. Diane, a lesbian mother and grandmother of three, joined the Women's Movement in the 1970s in San Francisco, co-founded the Women's Building and has worked as an HIV/AIDS nurse and social justice activist at San Francisco General Hospital for 33 years. Dourif's film credits include "The Master," "The Medium" and "Kin." On television, Dourif can be seen on "Dirk Gently" and "The Player." She had recurring roles on "Manhattan," "True Blood," "Thief" and "Deadwood," and guest starred on "Rizzoli & Isles," "The Protector" and "Law & Order: SVU."
Dourif studied in Dublin, Ireland, and currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
