Amelia confronts Meredith about Derek's death. She's really upset that Meredith never called her. She could have saved him. Meredith tells her she couldn't have. It was too late. He was gone. Amelia cries that she didn't get to tell her brother goodbye because of Meredith. After Amelia leaves, Meredith breaks down in tears, and then quickly pulls herself back together again.
