Actor Biography
Born on May 11 in Anaheim, CA, Tristan Byon is the youngest of three kids who got into acting because of his older siblings. However, his main reason for pursuing acting was to meet Kobe Bryant, his favorite player. He was at a Lakers game where he was hoping to meet him and wondered why other people got to talk to him and he couldn't. When he realized it was because those people were actors and famous, that's when he decided that he was going to be on TV and in movies. After his first booking and working on a set, he fell in love with acting and has been having a blast since.
Byon's acting career began when he booked a role on the long-running series Two and a Half Men. He followed that with a role on Grandfathered, opposite John Stamos. In 2017, he had a very successful year working on a variety of TV shows such as Teachers, Lady Dynamite, Criminal Minds and Grey's Anatomy. Before A Million Little Things began production, he filmed the independent feature The Mortuary Collection.
In his spare time, Byon enjoys playing Fortnite and hanging out with family and friends. His hobbies include all sports, especially basketball, where he's the starting point guard on an AAU Club Team. He also loves playing the ukulele, singing and dancing.
