Actor Biography

Born in Washington D.C., Laura Wright was raised in Clinton, MD. Her acting career began in her high school's drama department, before transitioning into local commercials. After being persuaded to audition, Laura earned her first professional role as "Ally Bowman" on ABC's LOVING. Her credits, prior to joining GENERAL HOSPITAL in 2005, also include LOVING'S spin-off series, THE CITY and CBS' GUIDING LIGHT. Wright resides in the Santa Barbara area with her two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
