Alex Finds Answers for Meredith: Alex puts his detective skills to the test when he pulls up old hospital records from 1983. They reveal that Ellis Grey was indeed pregnant! "She's my sister," Mer concludes. Welcome to the fam, Maggie.
Meredith Confronts Richard: Speaking of the "Maggie Situation," Meredith demands the truth from Richard. How long has he known Maggie is her sister (and his daughter)? She’s livid by his response. Richard exclaims that he wishes he had known all along. He would have liked to be a father... but Ellis Grey stole that chance for him.
Owen Remembers Cristina: Meanwhile, after a challenging day at work with Callie, Owen reveals that he’s had a tough time lately. He misses Cristina and just needs something to be good again. Watch the heartfelt scene below to see him share his feelings about life without Yang.
The Truth Will Set You Free: At least that's what Richard hopes. Unfortunately, it doesn't go as planned when he finally tells Maggie the truth about his relationship with her mother. He knew Ellis Grey...very, very well. "Why should I believe a word you say to me?" Maggie fires back as she quickly understands what he's saying.
