Welcome to the How to Get Away with Murder Recap of Season 2, Episode 3, "It's Called the Octopus." (Original Airdate Thursday, October 8, 2015)  When Annalise (Viola Davis) takes on a new client, the team must investigate a very high end sex club to get answers. Meanwhile, Annalise is still representing the siblings accused of killing their parents, but the case takes a turn for the worse when a new motive surfaces, and Wes teams up with an unexpected ally.

Annalise's Newest Client
The trial for Annalise's newest client is about to begin. The Keating Five already have their judgements ready when the client enters the court room.  Tonya (Guest Star Sherri Shaum) is on trail for murdering her lover at the high end sex club she runs.

Asher believes "she's got to be the most smoking client we've ever had"
Michaela knows why when she answers with "that's because you know what she does for a living."
Laurel defends Tonya when she states, "She's not a prostiute" and believes they are only charging the client with murder because "she owns her sexuality."
Wes brings it back to the fact and repllied  "or because she killed the guy."

Asher Is the Intruder
Asher meets with Prosecutor Sinclair in a dark parking lot.  Asher says he's done being the mole after he almost got caught at Annalise's house.  Asher had broken into Annalise's house to grab the voice recorder that she's been using for the Hapstall case.  Emily Sinclair threatens that she knows about Trotter Lake which sets Asher off.  He's tired of all the threats about Trotter Lake.

 

Michaela Has Never Orgasmed
While talking about the past and current clients, the Keating Five begin discussing orgasms.  Michaela reveals that she has never orgasmed.  This sparks questions about her sex life and her ex-fiance.  Annalise enters to the kitchen to get everyone back on track.

Who is Eggs?
Wes pins Levi (Guest Star Matt Cohen) to the wall as soon as he arrives at Michaela's apartment.  Wes wants to know if Levi is "Eggs."  Levi tells Wes that Eggs was the nickname he gave Rebecca when they were in foster care.  Rebecca texted Levi "Eggs 911" as a desperation text.  Levi hasn't heard from Rebecca since the text and wants to find his foster sister.  Wes agrees to help Levi as long as he stops seeing Michaela. 

 

Flash Forward: The Getaway
Conner, Laurel, Michaela and Wes are running from the mansion as fast as they can.  They hide along the road when they hear a car coming.  Nate spots them by the road and tells them to get into his police car.
