Cam (Eric Stonestreet) and Mitch (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) pose with Lily (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) for a new family photo that will replace the old portrait on their mantel, but, picture after picture, Lily keeps making a "weird, forced smile."
