Watch The Goldbergs 'Dirty Dancing' Tribute in Episode 17

The Goldbergs movie moments are always the most fun, and in Season 3, Episode 17, "The Dirty Dancing Dance," our favorite family pays homage to Dirty Dancing, the 80s classic starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey. 

On last night's episode, when Beverly (Wendi McLendon-Covey) and Erica (Hayley Orrantia) dream up the perfect theme for her upcoming school dance, they are giddy with excitement until Barry (Troy Gentile) chimes in and thwarts their joy. He declares that "Dirty Dancing sucks!" and gives high praise to his all-time fave: Footloose. Bev is naturally dismayed at his choice and tells him he's "grounded for six weeks." Yikes! She really will do anything for her matinee idol!

This isn't the first time The Goldbergs have gone back in time. They've revisited films like Ferris Bueller's Day Off and The Goonies. We always have a grand time relieving the characters that live on through memorable tributes like the one on The Goldbergs.
