Born in Michigan, Tim now lives on the Jersey Shore and works as the marketing director for three beachfront amusement parks. He learned to bake as a child by making traditional Czech desserts with his mother, grandmother and aunts. He lets his creative personality shine through in his baking, often taking traditional recipes and adding experimental ingredients to give them his own personal twist. Tim bakes to relieve the stress of a long work day, but his coworkers love his creations and rarely leave a single crumb. Outside of the kitchen, Tim loves to travel, workout and hang out with friends. He spends the holidays in Michigan, in his mom’s kitchen creating unique and inventive bakes for his family to enjoy.
