Inmates inside of Chicago's Cook County Jail become certified barbers through Larry's Barber College. Larry Roberts Jr. runs the program just like any other barber school on the outside. Inmates cut each other's hair and have to complete training to receive their license and certification. The program was designed to help inmates find a job or start a business once they are released.
