After graduation, Dasha Yurkevich, Emmet Forde, Julian Jordan, and their English teacher Andy Padlo, set out on a bike trip from San Francisco to New York City. The group dipped their wheels in the Pacific Ocean and commenced on a 52-day bike adventure, traversing a nation during tumultuous times. The bikers avoided densely packed cities by taking back roads, sleeping in cornfields, and relying on simple means of survival.
