Arizona, Amelia and Stephanie are there when Dr. Herman finally wakes up from her complicated and dangerous surgery. They soon learn that while the surgery was a success, it left Dr. Herman blind. Arizona is upset, but Dr. Herman is simply happy to be alive. She assures Arizona that she's okay -- and that Arizona is a good horse.
