Character Biography

Giovanni Palmieri arrived in Port Charles at the behest of Lois Cerullo, one of his assumed cousins. It has since been revealed that he is Lois' grandson, as his biological parents are Brook Lynn Quartermaine and Dante Falconeri. Dante being his father also makes him the grandson of Sonny Corinthos and Olivia Quartermaine. Unbeknownst to everyone but Lois, Gio was adopted and raised by Lois' cousin, the late Camila Palmieri, née Cerullo. Since moving in with the Quartermaine family, Gio has befriended Josslyn Jacks, Trina Robinson, and Emma Scorpio-Drake while also putting his talents as a violin player to good use.
