Character Biography

The attending surgeon overseeing surgical residents at San Jose St. Bonaventure Hospital. He is brilliant and highly skilled who expects perfection. He recognizes Dr. Shaun Murphy's skills, but is not ready to take a chance on him yet. He is also engaged to Jessica Preston, the hospital's in-house attorney and Vice President of Risk Management.
