When Does "Emergence" Start? ABC Releases Premiere Date

ABC's new drama series Emergence premieres TUESDAY, SEPT. 24 10|9c, following a lineup that includes The Conners 8|7c, Bless This Mess 8:30|7:30c, mixed-ish 9|8c and black-ish 9:30|8:30c. Emergence is a character-driven genre thriller following police Chief Jo Evans (Allison Tolman), who takes in a young child named Piper (Alexa Swinton), after finding her near the site of a mysterious accident. Piper has no memory of what has happened. The investigation draws Jo into a conspiracy larger than she ever imagined, and Piper's identity is at the center of it all. 

Emergence stars Allison Tolman as Jo Evans, Alexa Swinton as Piper, Owain Yeoman as Benny Gallagher, Ashley Aufderheide as Mia Evans, Robert Bailey Jr. as Officer Chris Minetto, Zabryna Guevara as Abby Frasier with Donald Faison as Alex Evans and Clancy Brown as Ed.
