General Hospital Wins 6 Daytime Emmy Awards

Among the daytime dramas, General Hospital led the pack, collecting 28 nominations! We are thrilled to announce that General Hospital won 6 Emmys at the 42nd annual Daytime Emmy Awards. 

General Hospital's Daytime Emmy winners chatted with the co-hosts LIVE from the set of 'GH' today!

 

For his role as Luke Spencer, Anthony Geary was honored with his eighth Daytime Emmy in the Outstanding Lead Actor category, making him the most honored actor in Daytime Emmy history, breaking his own record. Emmy-winner Maura West took home her third Emmy marking her first for the role of “General Hospital’s” Ava Jerome. Chad Duell took home his first Emmy for the role of Michael Corinthos in the Outstanding Supporting Actor category. Television veteran Donna Mills was honored with her first Emmy as  Outstanding Special Guest Performer category for her portrayal of Madeline Reeves.
