Actress and comedian Lea DeLaria talks about crying at the SAG awards where her “Orange is the New Black” co-star Uzo Aduba won an award. Lea also proposed to her fiancé shortly after and announced for the first time their wedding date, January 8th, 2017. She admits that her coming out story was similar to that of her “Orange is the New Black” character Boo except her parents learned from her and supported Lea as she became the person she wanted be. Lea is also a jazz singer and just put out her sixth album, "House of David," which features jazz covers of David Bowie songs.
