The Bachelorette 2018 Recap Week 6: Who Went Home on The Bachelorette?
This week on The Bachelorette 2018, it was time to find out if Virginia really is for lovers as Bachelorette Becca Kufrin took the guys to picturesque Richmond, Virginia for some immersive history and a spirited debate as well as oyster shucking and something called an "Unhappy Hour." The feelings got real as Becca and Jason toured the city together and, as a surprise, several of Jason's best friends came to town. Leo also made the most of his one-on-one date, bringing Becca some feelings of security when she needed them most. But it was Chris R. who continued his downward spiral from last week in Las Vegas, starting arguments with Lincoln and just generally irking everyone else that made this trip to Virginia one that most fans won't forget. You can watch The Bachelorette season 14, episode 6 right here on ABC.com or in the ABC app, or read on for highlights and to find out who went home on The Bachelorette!
A Pair of Lovely One-on-One Dates
Country music star Morgan Evans serenades Becca and Leo in front of a crowd on their one-on-one date
Both Jason and Leo got one-on-one dates with Becca in Virginia. Jason and Becca toured the city of Richmond, stopped by an Unhappy Hour in the spirit of Edgar Allen Poe, made donuts, and met some of Jason's friends from back home. Leo and Becca went flying over Chesapeake Bay before going oyster shucking. Both bachelors locked in a rose, which left only four more up for grabs between the group date and the Rose Ceremony.
Beccalection 2018
Speaking of the group date, Colton, Garrett, Wills, Connor, Blake, Lincoln, and Chris got a tour from Presidents Abraham Lincoln and George Washington before being asked to debate for Becca's heart. Everything was going great until Lincoln took a verbal jab at Chris and Chris responded with a tirade that sunk his whole campaign.
Later That Night...
Sadly, the mud-slinging didn't stop at the campaign trail, with Lincoln telling Becca in private that everyone's freaked out by Chris' aggression. When Becca confronted Chris about it, he aggressively got defensive and the evening spiraled from there, affecting everyone else's time with Becca. Colton walked away with the group date rose, proving once again that arguments amongst the guys hurt both participants.
Chris Makes His Move
Can Chris make his case to Becca about why he should stay?
Seeing Leo come back with a rose, Chris knew he had to do some serious damage control. So he stalked off into the Virginia night to Becca's hotel room where he tried one more time to explain where he was coming from. He said his piece, but it became clear that, for Becca, too much damage had been done. She told Chris that it would be better for him to head home now, rather than suffer through another Rose Ceremony.
The Rose Ceremony
See Becca's fateful decisions and who goes home!
With Chris already gone and three guys already with roses, Becca had only three left to hand out and, after her conversation with Chris, she knew exactly who was getting them. For the second time this season, she canceled the cocktail party and that night Garrett, Blake, and Wills got the final three roses. That left Lincoln and Connor heading home.
Next week, everyone is headed to The Bahamas and it looks like the feelings are getting real! Don't miss The Bachelorette MONDAYS 8|7c on ABC!
