AMA Duets Announced: Luke Bryan & Karen Fairchild, Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth
Two of this year’s most dynamic duos have been announced to perform at the 2015 American Music Awards, the world’s biggest fan-voted award show!
Luke Bryan will perform the world premiere of “Home Alone Tonight” featuring Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town. Meghan Trainor is ready to wow the crowd with her performance of the platinum-selling song “Like I’m Gonna Lose You,” and will be joined by Charlie Puth to perform his hit single “Marvin Gaye.”
They will be joining host and performer Jennifer Lopez, as well as 5 Seconds of Summer, Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, One Direction, Carrie Underwood and WALK THE MOON on the AMA stage on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 22 (8PM ET) on ABC.
No stranger to the AMA stage, Luke Bryan is a three-time Favorite Male Artist – Country winner and is nominated again this year. He will also be vying for Artist of the Year. Karen Fairchild goes solo on the AMA stage for the first time for the anticipated “Home Alone Tonight.” Little Big Town is also nominated for its first AMA in the category Favorite Duo or Group – Country.
Breakout star Charlie Puth is nominated for his first American Music Award for Song of the Year and Collaboration of the Year Un-leashed by T-Mobile. His first time gracing the AMA stage, he will be joined by the four-time AMA nominee Meghan Trainor. She is nominated this year for Artist of the Year, Favorite Female Artist – Pop/Rock and Favorite Artist – Adult Contemporary.
