Alfonso Ribeiro is the New "Dancing with the Stars" Fall 2014 Champion
In one of the most dramatic season finales in Dancing with the Stars history, Alfonso Ribeiro and his partner Witney Carson have become the latest championship team to hoist the coveted Mirrorball Trophy. Through a combination of judges' scores and fan votes, Alfonso beat out other final couples Sadie Robertson & Mark Ballas and Janel Parrish & Valentin Chmerkovskiy to become the DWTS Fall 2014 Champion! Understandably, Alfonso and Witney were overwhelmed with emotion after a long season and a hard-fought victory in one of the most competitive Dancing with the Stars Finals in the show's history.

This season of Dancing with the Stars was quite a journey for Alfonso Ribeiro and his partner Witney Carson. While he was Jimmy Kimmel’s pick to win the coveted Mirrorball Trophy all along, he surprised and delighted the audience and the judges each and every week, performing some of the highest scoring routines of the season. While he came into the season known for “The Carlton”—the signature dance of his character from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air—there’s no doubt that he’s got much more than one trademark move. Here are some of the highlights from Alfonso’s journey.
Alfonso and Witney got things off to a great start, setting the high score for the night on the Dancing with the Stars Fall 2014 season premiere with this Jive.
It may have taken a few weeks, but Alfonso finally showed off The Carlton in this unforgettable Jazz routine.
Alfonso and Witney topped the leaderboard in Week 6: Latin Party Night with this “Booty-ful” Samba!
It may take two to Tango, but a third person can make one heck of a Paso Doble when troupe dancer Lindsay Arnold joined up for a trio dance and a perfect score on Week 9: America's Choice Night!
Alfonso has been dancing with a pretty serious back injury, but even with some serious pain, he and Witney created a beautiful Contemporary routine in the Dancing with the Stars Fall 2014 Semi-Finals.
