Sean Spicer & Lindsay
Last week, Sean's military training really affected his performance, and not in a good way. This week, his partner, Lindsay Arnold, went full drill instructor in rehearsals, but would it pay off in the ballroom? Len liked that Sean "attacked the dance" and Bruno said Sean "took the bull by the horns." But Sean was still a little stiff, particularly in his core and his facial expressions, and his scores stayed about where they've been since Week 1.

Ally Brooke & Sasha
Ally and her partner Sasha Farber spent last week on top of the leaderboard, but they were challenged to stay there by facing one of the season's toughest dances, the Jive. Bruno exclaimed that it was a "diva Jive" and Carrie Ann said Ally "nailed it." With a score of 32—8s across the board—it looked like they may get to spend another week on top.

This week, James Van Der Beek and his partner, Emma Slater, had an extra reason to bring some joy to their Quickstep: James and his wife Kimberly are expecting another child! Perfectly set to "Walking on Sunshine," it was impossible not to feel good in the ballroom after their performance, even if the judges had to call out some details for James and Emma to tighten up.

Bruno was excited to see Karamo "back on track" and Carrie Ann said it was "her favorite dance" of Karamo's, though she did call Jenna out on what she felt was an illegal lift. Len kept Karamo guessing about his score, but everyone was delighted to see him lift that "7" paddle.

Second Dancing with the Stars Elimination
Finally, it was time for the second elimination of the Dancing with the Stars 2019 season. With Ray Lewis having to step aside last week due to injury, this week's bottom two was selected by lowest live votes and lowest combined scores for weeks 2 and 3. It came down to two couples: Lamar & Peta and Karamo & Jenna. Judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli both voted to save Karamo & Jenna, meaning it was time to say "goodbye" to Lamar Odom & Peta.
