DWTS Switch Up Night Results: Alexa PenaVega Earns First Perfect Score of the Season

Dancing with the Stars returned for week 5 with the Switch Up (original airdate October 12, 2015), where celebrities switched Pro partners based on fan votes. Former DWTS pro and Season 18 champion Maksim Chmerkovskiy took a seat at the judge's table alongside Julianne Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli to weigh in on the new pairs. Lindsay Arnold helped Carlos PenaVega come roaring back into the competition with strong Quickstep that earned 10s from three of the judges.  Not to be outdone, his wife Alexa PenaVega and new partner Derek Hough earned the first perfect score of the season with a fierce Tango. Bindi Irwin kept everyone smiling with an energetic Cha Cha with Val Chmerkovskiy earning an impressive 10 from Maksim.

The actress received a total score of 40 out of 40 giving her a slight competitive edge over her husband Carlos PenaVega. From Week 5 during Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars.

Paula Deen's Flashy Jive|Paula Deen left little to the imagination during her Jive.|Paula Deen and Mark Ballas teamed up for a cheeky Jive routine. Paula and Mark played up the cook's sexy side with a campy milkman-themed dance complete with some spanking and a revealing booty flash. The pair received one of the lowest scores of the night, a 26 out of 40. From Week 5 during Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars.
