Mirrorball Trophy Tour Kicks Off
Meryl Davis and Maksim Chmerkovskiy (seen in the video below) got to hoist the Mirrorball Trophy at the end of Dancing with the Stars Season 18 -- but now it’s your turn! OK, you might not actually get to hoist the trophy, but you can check it out and meet some of the celebrity dancers from past seasons on the Mirrorball Trophy Tour, where fans can enter to win a pair of tickets to the DWTS premiere in Los Angeles on MONDAY SEP 15 8|7c.
Good Morning America host and DWTS alum Cameron Mathison will be traveling with the Mirrorball Trophy across the country as it makes its way from Times Square to the DWTS Ballroom in Los Angeles. The tour will make three stops -- Boston, Chicago, and Houston -- and in each city, you can enter the 'Shake It and Dance Mirrorball Tour Contest." Up to 300 audience members will have a dance party and be instructed on a 30-45 second routine. Three audience members in each city will be randomly selected to compete, and former DWTS celebrity dancers will pick a winner in each city.
