Grey Chatter Report: Episode 1014 You've Got to Hide Your Love Away

Breaking Up is Hard To Do… Unless You Rehearse First: The surgical residents pepper Richard with questions about the non-fraternization policy. Well, Jo does. She’s ticked because her relationship with Alex just became illegal. She ends up having a big blowout breakup with her boyfriend for everyone to see. It was all a ruse though as you’ll see here:

Alex and Jo's WTF Breakup (sort of)|The truth is their Alex and Jo's relationship couldn't be steamier.|Alex and Jo's blowup was all a ruse. They want everyone to think they're no longer together so they don't get in trouble, but the truth is their relationship couldn't be steamier.

Frat Party: Owen and Emma make plans to get a place together. Derek has another interview with the White House. These two news items lead to a night of wine drinking between Meredith and Cristina. The evening is interrupted when Derek’s interview is canceled. The fear is that his Washington dream is over. As for a tipsy Cristina, she brings a bottle of wine over to Owen. This leads to, well, some fraternization.

Owen Cheats on Emma...with Cristina!|In a blink of an eye they went from talking to major make out session.|Cristina stopped by the trailer to congratulate Owen on his upcoming move in with Emma. One thing led to another and you can pretty much guess what happened next.

Secret Lovers: A patient asks April to call her boyfriend, but she should hang up if his wife answers. They keep their relationship a secret much like the recently-married Jackson and April as well as the never-broken-up Alex and Jo. The secret is out, however, when Richard catches these couples sneaking around together. He can only shake his head.

Getting It On, On the Job|Rule breakers! The doctors are still having sexy time sessions on the job.|Even with the new rules in place, all the doctors are still using the hospital for impromptu sexy time sessions.

Cristina: Owen and Emma are moving in together.

Meredith: They hold a meeting for that?

Richard: So, you’re the panty police now?

Alex: I’m not gonna let a bunch of hypocrites tell me to keep my pants on at work when this place was built on all of you feeling each other up in our on-call room!

Motivational Speaker: Alex is called before his superiors regarding his relationship with Jo. He completely loses it. He’s no Knute Rockne, but his passionate speech to all the “hypocrites” in the room was pretty awesome. It also inspired some others to take action.

Jackson and April Exposed!|Jackson and April squeak out of trouble because of a technicality.|According to the board, Alex and Jo are in trouble for being frisky at work BUT since Jackson and April are married, they did nothing wrong when they were "relieving some stress."
